Colomba Cycle Company are dedicated to providing an easy to use service. If anything is unclear please contact us.

Ordering
Simply add the product to your basket and continue shopping or go to the checkout. You can register to make return visits quicker but you will always be asked to enter your credit/debit card details as we do not keep them on record. If you are a return customer you simply log in and your name and address will be already filled in.

Delivery
We will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will take up to 5 working days (or up to 10 working days outside the UK). The standard flat rate delivery charge is £4 regardless of geographic location.

Returns
Buying from Colomba is risk free. All products come with a no quibble guarantee against defects up to 90 days after purchase. Or if you don’t like the product or it doesn’t fit you can return it unworn and unwashed within 14 days for a replacement or full refund. If you need to return anything please contact us first to arrange this.

Privacy
We will not share your details with anyone else. From time to time we may contact you with updates or promotional material. All orders are processed through Worldpay and we do not retain your credit/debit details.

Prices
All prices are quoted in £. For overseas orders these will be charged to your credit/debit card in the local currency as processed against the current £ exchange rate.

Website Detail
We have taken care to ensure all descriptions and likenesses are accurate but monitor settings may lead to slight colour discrepancies.

Stock
Payment will be taken when the order is processed so in the unlikely event that your product is not available we will offer you a suitable replacement or a full refund. Colomba reserve the right to cancel any order in which case a full refund will be given.

Amend or Cancel an Order
If you would like to amend or cancel an order please e-mail or call us as soon as possible as we aim to process all orders within 48 hours.

Promotional Codes
From time to time we make promotional codes available for discounts on selected items.

VAT & Duty
All prices include 15% VAT. International orders may be subject to local taxes.

FAQ
How do your sizes compare to other jerseys?
Our sizes are slightly larger than Italian or Swiss Jerseys but not as large as the American or German brands seem to be. We have tailored these to the UK male.

The product doesn’t fit me?
Please contact us if this is the case. We will ask you to return the product unworn and unwashed within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

How long will delivery take?
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours and delivery will take up to 5 working days.
